حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ خِلَاسٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ رَجُلَيْنِ ادَّعَيَا دَابَّةً وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ فَأَمَرَهُمَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَسْتَهِمَا عَلَى الْيَمِينِ
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) mentioned that two men claimed an animal and neither had evidence, so the Prophet ﷺ ordered them both to take an oath at the pulpit.
