حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ أَبِي تَمِيمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول
ُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الدِّينَارُ بِالدِّينَارِ وَالدِّرْهَمُ بِالدِّرْهَمِ لَا فَضْلَ بَيْنَهُمَا قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ وَقَرَأْتُهُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ يَعْنِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ

English Translation
'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Zuhayr ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Musa ibn Abi Tamim narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Yasar, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever gives charity equivalent to a date from lawful earnings — and Allah only accepts what is lawful — Allah accepts it with His right hand and then nurtures it for its owner, just as one of you raises his foal, until it becomes like a mountain.'
