ارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خِيَارُكُمْ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ خِيَارُكُمْ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ إِذَا فَقِهُوا

English Translation
'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from 'Ammar, who said: I heard Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) saying: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The best of you in the Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic era) are the best of you in Islam, when they attain understanding [of the religion].'
