حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ عُتِقَ مِنْ مَالِهِ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ

English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Whoever frees his share of a slave and has enough money to pay the full price, the slave's value should be fairly assessed, and the remaining shares bought and the slave set free. Otherwise, he is freed to the extent of the share that was freed.'
