English Translation
Surayj narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from al-Jurayri, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) who said: We performed Hajj and stopped under a tree, and Ibn Sayyad came and stopped on its other side. It was said: Son of Abu Sa'id, do you not see who has stopped nearby? He said: So I moved and went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and told him. I said: O Messenger of Allah, when I was going to him, three things occurred to me: I was about to say to him a word that I had never said to any human being, and it was heavier on me than a mountain. I was about to kill him, and I was about to leave him. the Prophet ﷺ said: 'If he is that one (the Dajjal), you will not be the one to kill him. And if he is not that one, there is no good for you in killing him.'
