حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ وَالْخُزَاعِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَقَالَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي صَعْصَعَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ قَالَ لَهُ إِنِّي أَرَاكَ تُحِبُّ الْغَنَمَ وَالْبَادِيَةَ فَإِذَا كُنْتَ فِي غَنَمِكَ أَوْ بَ
ادِيَتِكَ فَأَذَّنْتَ بِالصَّلَاةِ فَارْفَعْ صَوْتَكَ بِالنِّدَاءِ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَسْمَعُ صَوْتَ الْمُؤَذِّنِ وَقَالَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ لَا يَسْمَعُ مَدَى صَوْتِ الْمُؤَذِّنِ جِنٌّ وَلَا إِنْسٌ وَلَا شَيْءٌ إِلَّا شَهِدَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ

English Translation
Ishaq and al-Khuza'i narrated to us, Malik informed us, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Abdullah, from his father — and al-Khuza'i said: Ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Sa'sa'ah — from his father, that he informed him that Abu Sa'id (رضي الله عنه) said to his father: 'I see that you love sheep and the desert. When you are in your sheep pen or your desert, call the adhan for prayer and raise your voice with the call, for no jinn, human, or thing hears the voice of the mu'adhdhin except that it will testify for him on the Day of Resurrection.' Abu Sa'id said: I heard this from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
