English Translation

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Bishr, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Whoever seeks chastity, Allah will grant him chastity. Whoever seeks self-sufficiency, Allah will make him self-sufficient. Whoever seeks patience, Allah will give him patience. And no one has been given a gift better and more encompassing than patience.'
