حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ غُنْدَرٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي

سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far Ghundar narrated to us, Ibn Abi Layla narrated to us, from 'Atiyyah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said regarding the fetus: 'Its slaughter is the slaughter of its mother' — meaning if a pregnant animal is slaughtered and a living fetus is found, it does not need to be slaughtered separately.
