‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏أَبَانُ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدٍ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِي نَضْرَةَ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ‏ ‏عَنْ النَّبِيِّ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏يَكُونُ بَعْدِي خَلِيفَةٌ ‏ ‏يَحْثِي ‏ ‏الْمَالَ ‏ ‏حَثْيًا ‏ ‏وَلَا يَعُدُّهُ عَدًّا ‏

English Translation

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Aban narrated to us, Sa'id ibn Yazid narrated to us, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ: 'There will be after me a caliph who will distribute wealth in handfuls without counting it.'
