حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ
عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَحْقِرَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ نَفْسَهُ إِذَا رَأَى أَمْرَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِ مَقَالًا فَلَا يَقُولُ بِهِ فَيَلْقَى اللَّهَ وَقَدْ أَضَاعَ ذَلِكَ فَيَقُولُ مَا مَنَعَكَ فَيَقُولُ خَشِيتُ النَّاسَ فَيَقُولُ أَنَا كُنْتُ أَحَقَّ أَنْ تَخْشَى

English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Murrah, from Abu al-Bakhtari, from a man, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say upon completing his prayer: "Subhan Rabbika Rabb al-'Izzati 'amma yasifun, wa salamun 'ala al-mursalin, wal-hamdu lillahi Rabb al-'alamin" [Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Might, above what they describe, and peace be upon the messengers, and all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds].
