حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْوَدَّاكِ عَنْ أَبِي سَع
ِيدٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَصُومُوا يَوْمَيْنِ وَلَا تُصَلُّوا صَلَاتَيْنِ وَلَا تَصُومُوا يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ وَلَا يَوْمَ الْأَضْحَى وَلَا تُصَلُّوا بَعْدَ الْفَجْرِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ وَلَا بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yahya narrated to us, from Mujalid, Abu al-Waddak narrated to me, from Abu Sa'id (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Do not fast on two days, and do not pray two prayers. Do not fast on the day of al-Fitr and the day of al-Adha. And do not pray after Fajr until the sun rises, and do not pray after 'Asr until the sun sets.'
