حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْمُلَامَسَةِ وَالْمُلَامَسَةُ يُمَسُّ الثَّوْبُ لَا يُنْظَرُ إِلَيْهِ وَعَنْ الْمُنَابَذَةِ وَهُوَ طَرْحُ الثَّوْبِ الرَّجُلُ بِالْبَيْعِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقَلِّبَهُ وَيَنْظُرَ إِلَيْهِ
English Translation
Abdur-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, Ibn Shihab narrated to me, from 'Amr ibn Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas, that he heard Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) saying: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited the muzabanah and the muhaqalah. The muzabanah is buying dates on the tree with weighed dried dates. And the muhaqalah is renting the land for a share of the produce.
