حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْ
نِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى لَيَرْضَى عَنْ الْعَبْدِ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ الْأُكْلَةَ فَيَحْمَدَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَيْهَا أَوْ يَشْرَبَ الشَّرْبَةَ

English Translation
Ishaq ibn Yusuf narrated to us, Zakariyya narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Abi Burdah, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Indeed Allah (تبارك وتعالى) has assigned for every person his share of zina [fornication], and there is no escaping it. The zina of the eyes is the gaze. The zina of the tongue is speech. The soul wishes and desires, and the private parts confirm or deny that."
