حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَ
الِكٍ كَيْفَ كُنْتُمْ تَصْنَعُونَ فِي هَذَا الْيَوْمِ يَعْنِي يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُهِلُّ الْمُهِلُّ مِنَّا فَلَا يُنْكِرُ عَلَيْهِ وَيُكَبِّرُ الْمُكَبِّرُ مِنَّا فَلَا يُنْكِرُ عَلَيْهِ

English Translation
'Abd al-Rahman narrated from Malik, from Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr who said: I asked Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه): 'What did you used to do on this day?' — meaning the Day of 'Arafah. He said: 'We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and among us were those who said the Talbiyah and those who said the Takbir, and neither group objected to the other.'
