Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ مَيْسَرَةَ وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ سَمِعْتُهُمَا يَقُولَانِ سَمِعْنَا أَنَسًا يَقُولُ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ أَرْبَعًا وَبِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ
English Translation
Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that i heard Ibrahim ibn Maysarah, and Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir narrated to us — I heard both of them say: We heard Anas (رضي الله عنه) say: 'I prayed with the Prophet ﷺ in Madinah four rak'ahs and at Dhu al-Hulayfah two rak'ahs.' — meaning the Dhuhr in Madinah and the 'Asr at Dhu al-Hulayfah shortened.
