حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنْ ثَابِ

تٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْزِلُ مِنْ الْمِنْبَرِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَيُكَلِّمُهُ الرَّجُلُ فِي الْحَاجَةِ فَيُكَلِّمُهُ ثُمَّ يَتَقَدَّمُ إِلَى مُصَلَّاهُ فَيُصَلِّي

English Translation

Waki' narrated from Jarir ibn Hazim, from Thabit al-Bunani, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would come down from the pulpit on Friday and a man would speak to him about his needs. He would stand with him until his need was fulfilled, then he would go forward and pray.
