حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى ا
للَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَهْلِينَ مِنْ النَّاسِ قَالَ قِيلَ مَنْ هُمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَهْلُ الْقُرْآنِ هُمْ أَهْلُ اللَّهِ وَخَاصَّتُهُ

English Translation
Abu 'Ubaydah al-Haddad narrated to us: 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Budayl ibn Maysarah narrated to us, he said: My father narrated to me from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Indeed, Allah (عز وجل) has people among mankind.' They said: 'Who are they, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'The people of the Quran — they are the people of Allah and His chosen ones.'
