حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى أَبُو الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصَلِّي فِي أَيَّامِ الشِّتَاءِ وَمَا نَدْرِي مَا مَضَى مِنْ النَّهَارِ أَكْثَرُ أَوْ مَا بَقِيَ
English Translation
Bahz narrated to us: Hammad — meaning Ibn Salamah — narrated to us, he said: Musa Abu al-'Ala' narrated to us from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray in the winter days, and we could not tell how much of the day had passed or how much remained.
