English Translation
Hashim narrated to us: Sulayman narrated to us from Thabit, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: 'When the Prophet ﷺ prayed the morning (Fajr) prayer, the servants of the people of Madinah would come with their vessels containing water. No vessel was brought to him except that he dipped his hand in it. Sometimes they came on a cold morning, and he still dipped his hand in it.'
