Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّ
ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ عِنْدَ أَنَسٍ قَدَحًا كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيهِ ضَبَّةُ فِضَّةٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ نَحْوَهُ
Isnad Chain
أسود بن عامر حد
English Translation
Aswad ibn 'Amir narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from Humayd who said: I saw with Anas (رضي الله عنه) a drinking cup that had belonged to the Prophet ﷺ, which had a silver band (repair). Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from 'Asim, from a man, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Prophet ﷺ used to drink three times in one breath and would say: 'It is more quenching, more wholesome, and more satisfying.'
