English Translation
Waki' narrated to us, Yazid ibn Abi Salih narrated to us — he was a tanner and of good appearance, and he had four hadiths — he said: I heard Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) say: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'People will enter Hellfire until, when they have become like charcoal, they will be permitted to intercede. They will be brought out and scattered on the banks of the rivers of Paradise, and it will be said: O people of Paradise, pour water over them. Then they will grow like seeds grow in the silt carried by floodwater.'
