حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ لَوْ أَنَّ لِابْنِ آدَمَ وَادِيَيْنِ مِنْ مَالٍ لَابْتَغَى وَادِيًا ثَالِثًا وَلَا يَمْلَأُ
جَوْفَ ابْنِ آدَمَ إِلَّا التُّرَابُ قَالَ عَفَّانُ ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ اللَّهُ عَلَى مَنْ تَابَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنِ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ قَالَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَوْ كَانَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ وَادِيَيْنِ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ

English Translation
Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) narrated: the Prophet ﷺ said: "If the son of Adam had a valley full of gold, he would want a second one. And nothing fills the belly of the son of Adam except dust. And Allah accepts the repentance of whoever repents."
