َمَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ

English Translation

Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) narrated: the Prophet ﷺ used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leprosy, insanity, elephantiasis, and evil diseases."
