Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ الْمُهَاجِرُونَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا رَأَيْنَا مِثْلَ قَوْمٍ قَدِمْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ أَحْسَنَ مُوَاسَاةً فِي قَلِيلٍ وَلَا أَحْسَنَ بَذْلًا
فِي كَثِيرٍ لَقَدْ كَفَوْنَا الْمَئُونَةَ وَأَشْرَكُونَا فِي الْمَهْنَإِ حَتَّى لَقَدْ حَسِبْنَا أَنْ يَذْهَبُوا بِالْأَجْرِ كُلِّهِ قَالَ لَا مَا أَثْنَيْتُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَدَعَوْتُمْ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَهُمْ

English Translation
Anas (رضي الله عنه) narrated: The Muhajirun said: "O Messenger of Allah, we have never seen people like those we came to [the Ansar] — more generous in sharing when they had little, and more giving when they had much. They have taken care of our expenses and shared their wealth with us. We fear that they may have taken all the reward." the Prophet ﷺ said: "No, not as long as you supplicate for them and praise them."
