حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ حَازِمٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِأَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِ

كٍ كَيْفَ كَانَ شَعَرُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ كَانَ شَعَرًا رَجِلًا لَيْسَ بِالسَّبْطِ وَلَا بِالْجَعْدِ بَيْنَ أُذُنَيْهِ وَعَاتِقَيْهِ

English Translation
Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that i asked Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه): "How was the hair of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?" He said: "It was wavy — neither completely straight nor completely curly — reaching between his earlobes and his shoulders."
