حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عِصَامٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَ
Body (Matn)
يْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَنَفَّسُ فِي الشَّرَابِ ثَلَاثًا وَيَقُولُ إِنَّهُ أَدْوَأُ وَأَبْرَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ قَالَ أَنَسٌ وَأَنَا أَتَنَفَّسُ ثَلَاثًا
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) narrated: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to breathe three times while drinking and would say: "It is more quenching, healthier, and more wholesome." Anas said: "So I also breathe three times while drinking."
