English Translation
Abdullah ibn Yazid narrated to us, Sulayman narrated to us, from Thabit, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: Harithah ibn Suraqah went out as a spectator — he did not go out to fight — and was struck by a stray arrow which killed him. His mother came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, 'O Messenger of Allah, tell me about Harithah. If he is in Paradise, I will be patient; but if it is otherwise, I will weep profusely for him.' He ﷺ said, 'O mother of Harithah, there are many gardens in Paradise, and your son has attained al-Firdaws al-A'la (the highest Paradise).'
