English Translation
Muhammad ibn Abdullah al-Ansari narrated to us, Hisham ibn Hassan narrated to us, from Anas ibn Sirin, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ used to prescribe for sciatica (irq an-nasa) the fat tail of a dark-skinned Arabian ram. It would be melted and divided into three portions, and one portion would be drunk each day on an empty stomach.
