English Translation
Isma'il narrated to us, Sulayman al-Taymi narrated to us, Anas (رضي الله عنه) narrated to us, he said: Two men sneezed in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ. He responded to one of them with 'yarhamukallah' — or he said 'sammata' — and left the other. It was said: 'They are both men who sneezed, yet you responded to one and not the other?' He ﷺ said: 'This one praised Allah, and this one did not praise Allah.'
