حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ كَانَ صَبِيٌّ عَلَى ظَهْرِ الطَّرِيقِ فَمَرَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَعَهُ نَاسٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ فَلَمَّا رَأَتْ أُمُّ الصَّبِيِّ الْقَوْمَ خ
َشِيَتْ أَنْ يُوطَأَ ابْنُهَا فَسَعَتْ وَحَمَلَتْهُ وَقَالَتْ ابْنِي ابْنِي قَالَ فَقَالَ الْقَوْمُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا كَانَتْ هَذِهِ لِتُلْقِيَ ابْنَهَا فِي النَّارِ قَالَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا وَلَا يُلْقِي اللَّهُ حَبِيبَهُ فِي النَّارِ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn Abdullah al-Ansari narrated to us, Humayd narrated to us, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: There was a boy on the side of the road. the Prophet ﷺ passed by with some of his Companions, and when the boy's mother saw the group, she was afraid her child would be trampled. She came running, saying, 'My son! My son!' She grabbed the boy. The people said, 'O Messenger of Allah, this woman would not throw her child into the fire.' the Prophet ﷺ said, 'Nor would Allah throw His beloved ones into the Fire.'
