حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ مُ
حَمَّدٌ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْجَابِرُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا غَشِيَ قَرْيَةً بَيَاتًا لَمْ يُغِرْ حَتَّى يُصْبِحَ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ تَأْذِينًا لِلصَّلَاةِ أَغَارَ

English Translation
Ya'qub narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, Muhammad said: Yahya ibn al-Harith al-Jabir narrated to me, he said: Humayd al-Tawil narrated to me, from Anas ibn Malik al-Ansari (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray Dhuhr when the sun declined, and he would pray 'Asr while the sun was still white and high. Then one of us would walk to Quba' and arrive there while the sun was still high.
