حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى

English Translation

'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ of Allah (ﷺ) forbade drinking while standing. Qatadah said: I asked about eating. He said: 'That is worse and more detestable.'
