حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ وَبَهْزٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسٌ قَالَ بَهْزٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا مِنْ أَهْ
لِ الْجَنَّةِ أَحَدٌ يَسُرُّهُ يَرْجِعُ وَقَالَ بَهْزٌ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُ عَشَرَةُ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَّا الشَّهِيدُ فَإِنَّهُ وَدَّ لَوْ أَنَّهُ رَجَعَ قَالَ بَهْزٌ رَجَعَ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا فَاسْتُشْهِدَ لِمَا رَأَى مِنْ الْفَضْلِ

English Translation
'Affan and Bahz narrated to us, they said: Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'No one from the people of Paradise would wish to return to the world, even if he were given everything on earth, except the martyr — he would wish to return to the world and be killed ten times, because of what he sees of the honor of martyrdom.'
