حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَمُرُّ بِالتَّمْرَةِ فَمَا يَمْنَعُهُ مِنْ أَخْذِهَا إِلَّا مَخَافَةُ أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنْ صَدَقَةٍ
English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, Qatadah informed us, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ would pass by a date on the ground, and nothing would prevent him from picking it up except the fear that it might be from the charity dates.
