حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ الْعَطَّارُ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا بَالُ
أَقْوَامٍ يَرْفَعُونَ أَبْصَارَهُمْ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ فَاشْتَدَّ قَوْلُهُ فِي ذَلِكَ حَتَّى قَالَ لَيَنْتَهُنَّ عَنْ ذَلِكَ أَوْ لَتُخْطَفَنَّ أَبْصَارُهُمْ

English Translation
Affan narrated to us, Aban al-Attar narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Anas that the Prophet ﷺ said: "What is the matter with people who raise their eyes to the sky during their prayer?" He spoke sternly about this until he said: "They must stop doing that, or else their eyesight will be snatched away."
