حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا

خَالِدٌ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَسْمَرَ وَلَمْ أَشُمَّ مِسْكَةً وَلَا عَنْبَرَةً أَطْيَبَ رِيحًا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

English Translation
Khalaf ibn al-Walid narrated to us, he said: Khalid informed us, from Humayd, from Anas who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was of a light brown complexion. I never smelled any musk or ambergris with a more pleasant fragrance than the scent of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
