Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ وَحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ الرَّجُلُ يُحِبُّ الْقَوْمَ وَلَمْ يَبْلُغْ عَمَلَهُمْ فَقَالَ رَسُ
ولُ اللَّهِ الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ قَالَ حَسَنٌ أَعْمَالَهُمْ قَالَ الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ قَالَ ثَابِتٌ فَكَانَ أَنَسٌ إِذَا حَدَّثَ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ فَإِنَّا نُحِبُّكَ وَنُحِبُّ رَسُولَكَ

English Translation
Yunus and Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, they said Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Thabit al-Bunani, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه): A man said, 'O Messenger of Allah, a man loves a people but has not reached the level of their deeds.' the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'A person will be with those whom he loves.'
