Hadith #131

حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَ
نَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ أَحَدٌ يَسُرُّهُ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُ عَشَرَةُ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَّا الشَّهِيدَ فَإِنَّهُ يَوَدُّ أَنَّهُ يَرْجِعُ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا فَاسْتُشْهِدَ عَشْرَ مَرَّاتٍ لِمَا رَأَى مِنْ الْفَضْلِ

English Translation
Bahz narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, he said: Qatadah informed us, from Anas (رضي الله عنه), that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'There is no one among the people of Paradise who would be pleased to return to this world even if he had ten times what it contains, except the martyr. He wishes to return to the world and be killed ten times because of what he sees of the honor of martyrdom.'
