English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, Amr ibn Dinar informed me that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) say: When the Ka'bah was being built, the Prophet ﷺ and al-Abbas went to carry stones. Al-Abbas said to the Prophet ﷺ: 'Place your lower garment on your shoulder to protect from the stones.' He fell to the ground and his eyes turned toward the sky. Then he stood up and said: 'My garment, my garment!' And he tied it on himself.
