English Translation
Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan — and 'Abd al-Razzaq said: Sufyan informed us — from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir (رضي الله عنهما), who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When a morsel of food falls from one of you, let him remove whatever dirt is on it and eat it, and not leave it for Shaytan. And let him not wipe his hand on a cloth until he licks his fingers, for he does not know in which part of his food the blessing lies.'
