طَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ كُنَّا نَتَمَتَّعُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّى نَهَانَا عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَخِيرًا يَعْنِي النِّسَاءَ

English Translation
Ishaq narrated to us, 'Abd al-Malik narrated to us, from 'Ata', from Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنهما), who said: We used to perform mut'ah [temporary marriage] during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, Abu Bakr, and 'Umar (رضي الله عنهم), until 'Umar prohibited it regarding women.
