حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ ا

للَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ يَزْرَعَهَا أَوْ عَجَزَ عَنْهَا فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ وَلَا يُؤَاجِرْهَا

English Translation
Ishaq narrated to us, 'Abd al-Malik narrated to us, from 'Ata', from Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنهما), from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: 'Whoever has land, let him cultivate it. If he is unable to cultivate it or is incapable, let him lend it to his Muslim brother. And let him not rent it out.'
