حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ يَعْنِي الت
َّيْمِيَّ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ بِقَلِيلٍ أَوْ بِشَهْرٍ مَا مِنْ نَفْسٍ مَنْفُوسَةٍ أَوْ مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ الْيَوْمَ مَنْفُوسَةٍ يَأْتِي عَلَيْهَا مِائَةُ سَنَةٍ وَهِيَ يَوْمَئِذٍ حَيَّةٌ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn Abi 'Adi narrated to us, from Sulayman, meaning al-Taymi, from Abu Nadrah, from Jabir (رضي الله عنهما), who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said shortly before his death, by a month or so: 'No soul that is born — or no soul that exists — will come upon it the hundredth year [i.e., a hundred years from now, everyone alive today will have died].'
