حَدَّثَنَا أَبَو مُعَاوِيَةَ وَوَكِيعٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَ

شُ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا سَجَدَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَعْتَدِلْ وَلَا يَفْتَرِشْ ذِرَاعَيْهِ افْتِرَاشَ الْكَلْبِ

English Translation
Abu Mu'awiyah and Waki' both (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that al-A'mash narrated to us, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir (رضي الله عنهما), who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When one of you prostrates, let him be balanced [in his posture] and not spread his forearms on the ground like a dog.'
