ْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَعَامُ الْوَاحِدِ يَكْفِي الِاثْنَيْنِ وَطَعَامُ الِاثْنَيْنِ يَكْفِي الْأَرْبَعَةَ

English Translation

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, al-A'mash narrated to us, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir (رضي الله عنهما), who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The food of one person suffices for two, and the food of two suffices for four.'
