English Translation
Yahya narrated to us, from Ja'far, my father narrated to me, he said: Jabir (رضي الله عنه) said to me: "Your cousin al-Hasan ibn Muhammad asked me about the ghusl of janabah (ritual bath after sexual impurity). I said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pour water with his hands over his head three times.' Al-Hasan ibn Muhammad said: 'But I have abundant hair.' Jabir said: 'The hair of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was more abundant than yours.'"
