English Translation
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us — and Rawh said: Ibn Jurayj informed us — Abu al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنهما) saying: "the Prophet ﷺ prescribed for every clan its blood money (diyah obligations), and he wrote that it is not permissible to transfer to the mawla (client) of a people without their permission." And he said: "Anyone who does so, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all of mankind. No repentance or ransom will be accepted from him on the Day of Resurrection."
