Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ مَرَّ النَّبِي
ُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِحِمَارٍ قَدْ وُسِمَ فِي وَجْهِهِ يُدَخِّنُ مَنْخِرَاهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ فَعَلَ هَذَا لَا يَسِمَنَّ أَحَدٌ الْوَجْهَ لَا يَضْرِبَنَّ أَحَدٌ الْوَجْهَ

English Translation
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, al-Thawri informed us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنهما), who said: "the Prophet ﷺ passed by a donkey that had been branded on its face, its nostrils smoking. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'May Allah curse the one who branded it.'"
