English Translation
'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from 'Ali ibn Zayd, from Abu al-Mutawakkil, from Jabir (رضي الله عنه): "He purchased a camel for thirteen dinars. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him: 'How much did you buy it for?' He said: 'For thirteen dinars.' He said: 'Would you sell it to me?' He said: 'It is yours, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'You have sold it to me for thirteen dinars. You have a ride on it to Madinah.' When he reached Madinah, he brought the camel. the Prophet ﷺ gave him thirteen dinars and said: 'Take your camel, it is yours.'"
