Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ هَاشِمِ بْنِ هَاشِمِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ
عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ نِسْطَاسٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَحْلِفُ أَحَدٌ عَلَى مِنْبَرِي كَاذِبًا إِلَّا تَبَوَّأَ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنْ النَّارِ

English Translation
Ishaq narrated to us, Malik narrated to me, from Hashim ibn Hashim ibn Utbah ibn Abi Waqqas who said: I heard Abdullah ibn Nistas narrate from Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنهما) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'No obligatory or non-obligatory charity is accepted from the wealth of the absent one [i.e., from a person's wealth without their permission].'
